With vividly coloured houses lining the seafront and the banks of the dried-up river bed, it's no wonder Villajoyosa means ‘the Joyful Town'. You'll begin the tour in Villajoyosa - a quirky town known best for its brightly-coloured fishermen's houses, golden beaches and freshly-caught seafood. Enjoy some free time to stroll its labyrinth of narrow winding cobbled streets, or head to the seafront to watch the fishing boats come in.
Then, it's on to Valor Chocolate museum. Here, you'll tour its installations and see chocolate-making methods used since 1881, before a chance to sample some chocolatey treats yourself.
