You can explore the Colosseum on 2 levels, wandering the circumference to understand what it was like when the crowds roared as gladiators fought for their lives. Walk along the Via Sacra (Sacred Way) of the Roman Forum, where the Eternal City’s festivals and triumphal processions took place.

Go to Palatine Hill, the most famous of the 7 Hills of Rome and admire views of the Roman Forum and Nero's Circus Maximus where the chariot races of the Roman Republic were held.
