    Booking number: MUS11669793. TUI Hammam and Massage. 23 Jun 15:00. Firstly rhe confirmation stated 15.00 at Riu Palace Tikida Taghazout. Driver arrived 14.15 so we had to leave our lunch to collect belongings and rush for transport. It wasn't air conditioned & we arrived late. No welcome smile or drink on arrival. Rushed to join the group with no instruction or explanation. Hammam & Massage were great. We then had to wait 30 minutes for return taxi. I feel like a partial refund is in order?

You'll travel from Agadir to see some of the city's highlights, experience Djemaa el-Fna by night, dine in an opulent riad and check out the seaside city of Essaouira on your way back. Ibrahim, one of our expert local guides, says, ‘I was born and bred in Essaouira, but my family moved away when I was 14. Now, when I return, I'm filled with nostalgia as I tour the alleys where I used to play football with my Arab and Jewish friends. Essaouira has always been a multicultural melting pot.'On day one, we'll hit the road to Marrakech, where on arrival you'll delve straight into the medina's warren of tightly-packed streets. Spend the morning taking in sights as we drop by places like Jardin Secret, before lunch at Dar Nejarine. After some free time to explore, we'll head to Djemaa el-Fna at dusk – the best time to see it – before a tasty dinner and traditional entertainment in a riad.On day two we'll head to the coastal city of Essaouira. Its mellow atmosphere, narrow winding streets laden with kaleidoscopic carpets, peeling-paint houses with and heavy old wooden doors make it a wonderful place to wander around. Walk the ramparts of the harbour, known as the Skala, where electric-blue boats bob in the water, or discover the atmospheric medina. There's a lunch stop included followed by free time to explore, before returning to Agadir in the early evening.

We'll arrive in the village of Immouzer to see how life in a typical Berber mountain community unfolds.
